Browse

You can browse around our online shop using the menu on the left; simply click on the category you are interested in, "Food" for example.

If there are "sub-categories" within that category - Straight Foods for instance (within Food) - then these additional sub-sategories will be displayed below the link you clicked on in the menu on the left.

Any products in the category (or sub-category) will be displayed as a list on the main area of the screen.

Search

If you know what you want, simply type the product code or name (or part of the name) into the "Search for a Product" box in the top left-hand corner of the web site and click the "GO" button.

Add to Cart

Once you have found the product you are looking for you just click the relevant "Add to Cart" button to add that item to your shopping cart - this will take you to the "Shopping Cart" page.

If, however, you'd like more information about any product you can click its "More Info" button.

Checkout

Once you have gathered all the items you'd like to buy in your Shopping Cart you can place your order by going to the Shopping Cart page (if you're not there already) and clicking the "Proceed to Checkout" button to continue to our secure server where your order will be finalised.

Orders received by 3pm Monday-Thursday (or 2pm on Friday)* will normally be delivered the next working day (except Bank Holidays).

We deliver to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands areas within the UK at no extra cost to you; however deliveries may take up to five working days.

Please note: small items weighing less than 1kg may be sent by Royal Mail and this service takes 1-4 days.

* Although we do our utmost to fulfil this, there may be exceptional circumstances beyond our control when this is not possible and delivery may take 48 hours.

Delivery Charges (UK)

For orders under £50.00 we continue to heavily subsidise postage, packing and insurance making it a reasonable �2.25 per order, no matter what the size!

For orders over £50.00 we offer FREE DELIVERY.

Please note: For your convenience, deliveries do not need to be signed for and can be made to an address of your choice. If you give us specific delivery instructions (e.g. leave in garage) drivers will leave goods as requested.

Please Note: For goods sent to countries not listed, delivery time and price will be confirmed once your order has been received. We guarantee to charge postage only at the cost to us. Please note you may be subject to local import restrictions on certain products.

Our checkout uses industry standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt all data transferred between you, us and our payment provider (SagePay). We never store your card details on our system in any form.

We also use 3D Secure (Verified by Visa / Mastercard SecureCode) for the safest method of making payments via the internet and accept all major credit and debit cards.
