We have developed close links with the charitable organisations mentioned on this page. This, along with our own research, is helping to increase and improve our knowledge of these species and of the need to promote their conservation. Many products in our mammals range are endorsed by the associated charitable organisation; all of which rely on donations and membership to raise their funds so please help them if you can. British Hedgehog Preservation Society (BHPS) Hedgehog House, Set up to help and protect hedgehogs, the BHPS give advice to the public on helping hedgehogs in the wild and in gardens, especially the care of hedgehogs particularly when injured, sick, treated cruelly or orphaned. The BHPS also fund research into behavioural habits and finding out the best methods of assisting their survival. Another key aim is to encourage children to respect wildlife by supplying information and giving lectures. The Bat Conservation Trust
15 Cloisters House, The Bat Conservation Trust is the only UK organisation solely devoted to the conservation of bats and their habitats. They help bats by campaigning locally, nationally and internationally for bat conservation. The Trust also encourage research into bat ecology and monitoring bat populations, support and advise people who find bats in their property and encourage everyone to appreciate and enjoy bats. Badger Trust
2B Inworth Street The Badger Trust promotes the conservation, welfare and protection of badgers, their setts and habitats. They provide expert advice on all badger issues and work closely with MPs, the police and other conservation and welfare organisations. The Badger Trust actively addresses many issues, including the TB debate, snares and other forms of persecution, developments which destroy badger setts and foraging grounds and road traffic which kills thousands of badgers every year.
