Edelweiss is hybrid lavender with a rounded habit, grey leaves and spikes of fragrant white flowers that are a strong draw for pollinators, especially bees.  Can be grown in the border but also suitable for use as a low hedge, in knot or herb gardens or along the edge of paths.
