National Trust Guardian Caged Bird Seed Feeder Athena

The Athena Bird Seed Feeder Guardian Pack includes a high-quality metal seed feeder with two feeding ports and a matching protective cage. Based on our much-loved Apollo range, the feeder features the clever Click & Go system, making it quick and easy to clean without fiddly screws or tools. The protective guardian cage is also simple to dismantle and wash, ensuring excellent hygiene for your garden birds.

Designed with smaller birds in mind, the robust cage helps protect against larger, more dominant species and deters squirrels, giving garden favourites like tits, finches and sparrows a safe space to feed in peace.

To clean, simply twist the feeder cap anti-clockwise to release it, then unscrew the base of the cage. Remove the base and the top metal plate to access the feeder. The feeder ports detach easily by pushing them upwards and pulling them from the tube.

The Athena feeder can be hung from a branch, bracket or hook, or pole-mounted using one of our Pole Plugs and Garden Poles (sold separately), giving you complete flexibility in your garden setup.
