Product Development Coordinator

Organising all stages of buy-in products:

 

  • Reviewing ideas for new bought in products from existing suppliers and then filling in the pre-PD idea sheets as appropriate
  • Making recommendations for additions and changes to the ranges and then taking action on approved selections
  • Assisting the Product Launch Manager by providing information as needed and taking on the production of launch sheets and partner approval forms for bought in items where time allows
  • Liaising with the Product Life Cycle Manager regarding range reviews so the buy-in product ranges remain fresh and relevant
  • Managing the products through the systems and ensuring that this is quickly, smoothly and efficiently done
  • Reviewing the market regularly to ensure opportunities are taken at optimal times
  • Reviewing deadlines and progress of buy-in products regularly and flagging in a timely manner when a deadline may be missed or requires extra support
  • Supporting Category Buyers with searching for new companies to purchase bought in products from (in line with general PD plans and wishes)

 

Supporting with the creation of branded merchandise:

 

  • Working with our buying team to source suitable merchandise items for our charity partners
  • Working with our design team to create visuals and final files for production onto these merchandise items
  • Assisting the Product Launch Manager by providing information as needed and taking on the production of launch sheets and partner approval forms for these items where time allows
  • Managing the products through the systems and ensuring that this is quickly, smoothly and efficiently done

 

Administration:

 

  • Being accountable for all data within the PD system and/or any other product management system and holding the data purity to a high standard
  • Producing a monthly summary that can be shared with key people in the business (produced to an agreed template)
  • Reviewing processes for these activities and making recommendations for improvements

 

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in fast paced companies
  • Must be experienced with working with products either in a purchasing or sales-based role
  • A business degree or similar qualification is preferred

French Online Marketeer

(Online Marketing Exec)

 

Reporting to the eCommerce Manager, duties will include (but not be limited to):

 

  • Online marketing for the French websites, managing the online marketing budgets accordingly
  • Regularly reviewing progress in achieving your strategic plan and meeting KPIs associated with all online marketing activities to; - drive traffic, maximise conversions and increase revenue. Providing regular weekly and monthly reports for the eCommerce Manager
  • Managing, maintaining and developing online brand perception amongst new and existing audiences
  • Managing the customer database within our CRM system
  • Working alongside the catalogue coordinator and design team to produce literature including;- catalogues, parcel inserts and seasonal updates
  • Having input into product forecasting - in relation to seasonal trends, campaign planning and anticipating demand levels using historical sales analysis data

 

Marketing and Content:

  • Working alongside the eCommerce Manager you will create and implement annual online marketing plans, establish appropriate KPIs, and communicate plans to the wider business
  • Analyse customer behaviour and monitor activity to understand customers and their expectation of our site
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve customers online experience
  • Create and implement a content marketing strategy across all online marketing channels to develop effective landing pages
  • Identify opportunities to implement user generated content flow and associated campaigns
  • Identify and analyse competitors sharing information with relevant internal departments

 

Social:

  • Planning and implementing a social media calendar around key dates, seasonal activities and product launches or promotions
  • Coordinating all activity on the company’s social media accounts including - regular updates, paid for advertising and customer engagement
  • Coordinating influencer campaigns to increase online brand presence and reach new audiences
  • Working with partners and contacts to utilise social media and reach new audiences, engaging with potential customers and improving ROI

 

Email:

  • Responsible for creating and implementing a strategy to increase the newsletter subscription base. Identifying new campaigns and programs, and working with the wider marketing team to implement, whilst improving deliverability of all email communications
  • You will be responsible for transactional emails and commercial newsletter campaigns using an email marketing system to build newsletters from existing templates. Newsletter creation includes - content writing, product selection and promotional offer planning in conjunction with the purchasing and demand planning departments

 

PPC & Organic Traffic:

  • Co-ordinate the Google Ads & Google Shopping Accounts to ensure they are within budget and continuously optimised
  • Monitor performance and customer behaviour, identifying opportunities to improve across all key metrics
  • Measure and analyse relationships between paid and organic traffic, identifying opportunities to increase results from organic campaigns
  • Create and implement an SEO strategy that increases traffic and relevancy of content to visitors in collaboration with the wider marketing team using keyword analysis
  • Using benchmarking analysis of the wider market to establish opportunities for growth

 

Affiliate:

  • Manage and optimise the company’s affiliate marketing systems and campaigns to grow the network and maximise sales opportunities
  • Work alongside account managers to identify new partners and improve opportunities with existing partners
  • Monitor, measure and analyse the level of additional or cannibalized value of affiliate revenue and take steps to optimise performance from these accounts

 

Referral:

  • Working alongside the wider marketing teams to identify and implement new strategies that maximise sales opportunities from referral marketing techniques

 

Analysis and Improvements:

  • Measure, analyse and improve website traffic from all online activities and channels
  • Identifying new tools, trends and functions in the market to improve performance

 

Customer Service:

  • Work alongside the customer service and the wider ecommerce team to - measure, analyse, map, monitor and improve the customer journey and customer satisfaction
  • Regularly test and optimise the website order process, identifying and implementing improvement opportunities

 

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Fully fluent in both written and spoken French
  • An experienced Online eCommerce Exec with a proven record of growing online sales and driving revenue within a similar B2C business
  • Degree in Marketing, eCommerce, Business, or similar
  • Experience using Google Analytics to analyse website performance
  • Have an inquisitive mindset
  • Able to investigate how shopper’s needs & behaviours are evolving, analysing consumer behaviour
  • Experience of online marketing campaign management, budgeting, market development and ecommerce marketing
  • Ability to tackle the demands of ever-evolving technological implements with ease
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • An excellent communicator with the ability to build strong relationships internally & externally
  • Able to work both self-sufficiently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in MS Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Ensure marketing activity is fulfilled in line with reciprocal expectations and branding
  • Improve relation content on the website
  • Create and manage the UK and IE charity and sponsorship strategy with agreed criteria ensuring there is a fair return for company recognition in relation to B2C business and marketing

 

Referral:

  • Working alongside the wider marketing teams to identify and implement new strategies that maximise sales opportunities from referral marketing techniques
