Placing Your Order

Delivery Charges

• FREE next working day delivery on orders over £35 (most UK postcodes)
• £3.99 delivery on orders under £35 – flat rate, no matter the size

Next Working Day Delivery

Place your order before our daily cut-off and we’ll dispatch it the very same day: Monday to Thursday before 1pm, and Friday before 11am.

We use DPD’s trusted 24-hour service, meaning your order should arrive the next working day in most areas. Order Monday before 1pm → Delivered Tuesday, Order Monday after 1pm → Delivered Wednesday.

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, 8am – 6pm, excluding public holidays. You’ll receive full tracking updates by email or SMS, and you can set delivery preferences or leave safe place instructions, no signature required.

Extended Delivery Areas

Some locations may take a little longer due to courier network limits:

Up to 48 hours: AB21–56, BT, FK17–21, G63, GY1–10, IM, IV1–63, JE1–5, KW0–14, PA20–78, PH15–50, TR8, TR10, TR12, TR13, TR19, TR26, TR93

Up to 72 hours: HS1–9, KA27–28, KW15–17, PA80–88, ZE1–3

Smaller Parcel Delivery

Orders under 1kg may occasionally be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class. Please allow up to 3 working days for these deliveries.

60-Day Returns – Shop with Confidence

Changed your mind? You have 60 days to cancel your order, giving you far more flexibility than the standard 14-day policy. Your cancellation period begins from the day you receive your final item.

Refunds Explained

If you cancel your order, you’ll receive a full refund, including delivery costs. Refunds are processed within 14 days of return or proof of return. Paid using your original payment method with no hidden fees. Please note: refunds may be reduced if items show signs of excessive handling beyond normal inspection.

Returning Your Items

Return postage is your responsibility. If we arrange collection, a £4.50 fee applies.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If something isn’t right, we’ll fix it, quickly and at no cost to you. You’re fully covered if goods are:

• Faulty
• Damaged
• Not as described

We’ll arrange a replacement, repair or full refund. Call us on 0800 731 2820 and we’ll take care of everything.
