Description
The National Trust Peanut Cake Square, also known as a suet block, is crafted to our own unique recipe and produced on our farm. Developed in collaboration with our resident ornithologists, each cake is a concentrated source of energy, combining high-quality animal and vegetable fats with nutritious peanut flour to support your garden birds throughout the seasons.
This insect-enriched variety provides an extra protein boost that’s particularly attractive to insect-loving species such as Blue Tits, Great Tits, Coal Tits, and even the occasional Blackcap. The rich, soft texture makes it easy for birds to feed, especially during colder months or when natural food is scarce.
These versatile cakes can be offered in a dedicated feeder, like the National Trust Anna Recycled Peanut Cake Feeder, placed on a bird table, or chopped into smaller pieces and scattered on the ground for more cautious visitors such as Dunnocks and Robins.
By purchasing this product, you will be supporting the essential work carried out by the National Trust to care for historic places, countryside and coastline, and the wildlife that lives there. A minimum of £60,000 per year will be given to the National Trust through sales of their range of products.
