This natural mix of hay and straw for hedgehogs is specially formulated as safe, cosy hedgehog bedding. Perfect for lining a hedgehog house, it provides essential warmth and insulation during the colder months, helping hedgehogs prepare for hibernation.

Our high-quality hedgehog nest material is carefully selected and inspected. The straw has a firm structure and golden colour, while the hay is low in moisture with a fresh, natural scent. All bedding is checked for mould, dust, and foreign objects to ensure a safe and healthy environment for wild hedgehogs.

How to use:

• Place your hedgehog house in a quiet, sheltered part of the garden, near natural hedgehog pathways.
• Fill the base with a generous layer of bedding for hedgehogs, around half the height of the house.
• Keep the entrance clear so hedgehogs can easily come and go.
• Scatter some extra hedgehog nesting material nearby so the hedgehog can arrange its own cosy winter nest.

For best results, use around 2 bags of this hedgehog bedding mix to comfortably fill a standard hedgehog house (approximately two-thirds full).
