Our premium quality Black Sunflower Seeds are thin-skinned with plump oil-rich hearts and are a cost-effective way to provide this energy-rich food. We take care to select only the best seeds and rigorously clean to remove unwanted 'chaff'.

Black Sunflowers are a popular and versatile seed which is why you will see them in many of our mixes. Birds love variety, so why not try creating some mixes of your own, or if you make home-made fat cakes for your birds add some Black Sunflowers to give your birds a real energy filled treat.

We were the first company to sell black sunflower seeds into the wild bird market. We primarily source our sunflower seeds from Europe. We use some UK-grown sunflower seeds, but if we bought the entire UK harvest, it would only last around 12 weeks!

By purchasing this product, you will be supporting the essential work carried out by the National Trust to care for historic places, countryside and coastline, and the wildlife that lives there. A minimum of £60,000 per year will be given to the National Trust through sales of their range of products.
