This plywood Barn Owl Nest Box should be installed on a tree in open farmland, an isolated hedgerow or woodland edge ensuring that the entrance hole is clearly visible.

Installing two nest boxes in close proximity to each other will accommodate the male during the breeding season.

Secure the triangular shell to the tree with coach bolts or similar strong fixing (not supplied) and then screw the front panel shelf to the shell, ensuring the shelf is secure.
