A key role in a logistics operation that matters
We are looking for a senior team lead / junior supervisor who dares to take responsibility in a logistics environment that revolves around products and projects around biodiversity and nature conservation. In this role, you manage an operational team on a daily basis and ensure that processes run smoothly, safely and efficiently. You are visible on the shop floor, keep an overview and switch quickly when situations change.
You are not only responsible for the process, but also for the energy, clarity and cooperation within the team, together with the help of the foremen. You don't have to have years of managerial experience. We are mainly looking for someone with the right mentality: someone who takes initiative, solves problems and feels responsible for team and operation.
What you will do
• Managing the entire outbound operation
• Monitoring planning, quality and progress
• Identifying and resolving operational bottlenecks
• Supporting, addressing and motivating employees
• Steering towards the right balance between quality and efficiency
• Thinking about improvements in processes and collaboration
• Providing structure, safety and clear communication
• Follow up on sick leave and leave
• Keeping in touch with management HR

What to expect
• A salary between 3,000 EUR and 3,500 EUR per month, based on experience
• A bonus option of 225 EUR per month, based on team performance
• 28 vacation days per year
